How to measure:
Chest:
Measure around the widest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Tape should be level and snug but not tight.
Waist:
Measure at your natural waist or where you normally wear pants. Keep tape relaxed.
If you only use height & weight:
results are approximate — encourage measuring for the best fit.
