You can Return or Exchange any item except Final Sale Items within 30 Days of Purchase Date in Brand New Condition with All original packaging and tags intact. If Any Item Is Missing Original Packaging and or Hangers, they will be charge a $20.00 Restocking Fee.  Any Item that needs to be Exchanged or Returned within 30 Days of the Purchase Date Must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the Package.

Our return policy is only valid on good faith orders. Meaning a customer places an order with the intention of keeping the item. We understand that sometimes things don't fit, or styles don't work for you. Any order that fits one of the examples below will be considered a bad faith order, in this scenario we offer 100% store credit or exchange or we charge a 30% fee on all returned items to cover the cost associated with packing, shipping, and restocking the items. We do this so we can provide the majority of our customers with a fair and free return policy.

Any order for the same item in consecutive sizes. (customer orders a 40R, 42R, 44R) to see which one fits the best.

Any order for similar products in the same size. (customer orders three different 42R burgundy suits, to see which one they like the best)

Any order over $500. (customer orders 6 different suits to try, that they just want to look at and returns most of them) 

These apply to multiple orders from the same customer during a short time period (you can't break up one large order into four small orders to bypass this policy.

Express shipping charges are not refundable.


* Customers must ship back returns or exchanges at their expense unless they received the wrong item in error. All packages must be shipped to this location only.

Any package that does not contain a proper Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused. Please Email Us for a Return Authorization Number Request and you will be instructed on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded due to the fact that shipping is a service that is paid for to either UPS or USPS.

 Group Orders and Special Orders are Non-Refundable. Orders will be considered a group order if there are 3 or more similar items per order. They will be deemed a special order if any quantity of merchandise has to be special ordered. Orders will also be deemed a group or special order if the order is from a production studio, theater, or costume shop.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE  Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.Sorry, No Refunds or Exchanges on
Altered Items. After 30 Days all Orders are Final. No exceptions.
