Returns & Exchanges Policy

Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed on or after November 1 may be returned or exchanged through January 10.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer hassle-free returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Items are brand new, unworn, and unaltered

  • Original packaging, tags, and hangers are included

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package

Missing Packaging Fee

  • Items missing original packaging and/or hangers are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item

Return Authorization Required

  • All returns and exchanges require prior authorization

  • You must email us first to request a Return Authorization Number

  • Packages received without an RA Number will be refused

Good Faith Orders Policy

Our return policy applies only to good faith orders, meaning orders placed with the intention of keeping the item.

The following are considered bad faith orders:

  • Ordering the same item in multiple sizes to test fit

  • Ordering similar items in the same size to compare styles

  • Orders over $500 placed primarily to view items

  • Splitting large orders into smaller orders to bypass policy

  • Multiple similar orders placed within a short time frame

Resolution for Bad Faith Orders

In these cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue 100% store credit, OR

  • Offer an exchange, OR

  • Apply a 30% restocking fee on returned items

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale items

  • Altered items

  • Group Orders
    (3 or more similar items per order)

  • Special Orders
    (Items ordered specifically upon request)

  • Orders from production studios, theaters, or costume shops

Exchanges

  • You must request an exchange within 30 days of purchase

  • If you exchange an item, that item may not be returned or exchanged again

  • Orders past 30 days are considered final sale

Final Sale Policy

  • After 30 days, all sales are final

  • No exceptions
