Order Processing Time

Most in-stock merchandise ships within 1–2 business days from our warehouses.

  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday

  • UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends

We ship orders using the following carriers:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

These are our standard shipping methods for all destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

Free Shipping

  • FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all domestic orders $99 or more within the continental U.S.

  • Orders under $99 will be shown shipping charges during checkout

Note:
Free shipping applies to UPS Ground only. Expedited services are not eligible.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are billed at actual shipping cost

APO / FPO / P.O. Boxes

  • Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air

Expedited Shipping

  • We make every effort to ship UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders the same business day

  • Orders received after 1:30 PM EST may ship the next business day

  • We will contact you if any delays are necessary

Transit Times

  • UPS Ground: Varies by destination

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (U.S. addresses)

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (U.S. addresses)

If we cannot reach you, shipment of your order may be delayed.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Contempo Suits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Once UPS or USPS marks a package as Delivered, the shipment is considered complete

  • If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact your local law enforcement agency
